The base includes all furniture, internet, mail handling, reception services, IT support, 6 hrs. complimentary meeting room time ($300 credit and rooms range from $50-$100 per hour), cleaning, maintenance, all utilities and access to their lounges/kitchens (numerous at each location).

Once in the space they allow you to customize the space however you’d like and their maintenance team will assist. Keep in mind you can take additional or a larger space at any time regardless of term (can also move within any of their 2 locations).

Pricing is based on a month to month term and if you went with a 12-month term, they can offer discounted rates!

• 4 desks- $1,600/$2,200
• 5 desks- $2,200/$2,600
• 6-7 desks- $2,800/$3,200
• 8-10 desks- $3,400/$4,200
• 15 desks- $6,500/$7,500
• 20-24 desks- $8,500/$9,850

The fees due upon signing are the first month’s rent and a 1-month deposit. They could also hold the spaces for a later start date if needed with a signed agreement and one-month deposit (start on any day of the month and they’ll pro-rate that month, doesn’t have to be on the 1st of the month).
