When potential officemates indicate interest in your listing on our site, we will review the company to make sure that they are sufficiently qualified as a potential lead. We then will connect you and the other company, so you can then decide if you are open to have the team come take a tour of the space.

After touring, Tandem will work with both parties to agree to terms and sign our standard agreements. The Tandem team then facilitates onboarding the new officemates, including setting up their payment portal, and providing ongoing support as needed.

Nothing! Tandem is completely free for you to list your space. We will send you all the qualified leads that are interested, but you maintain full control over who comes to tour.

Tandem takes a 15% fee on rent as it is paid. We only get paid when you get paid.

Our team uses data from historical transactions in your neighborhood to help you set the right price for your space. In general, willingness to offer more space, dedicate conference rooms, and set up your shared space in a way that naturally creates some privacy (e.g. bookshelves, plants, etc.) will help you fetch the highest possible price.

We require spaces to be furnished with desks, building access, wifi, working utilities and janitorial. Beyond these basic office features, Tandem offices come in all shapes and sizes. The Tandem team will be with you every step of the way to ensure your office is ready for your officemate as soon as they start!

There are several ways we ensure IT and physical security, including NDAs for the shared group to sign when coming into your space, use of guest Wi-Fi networks, and language in our desk license agreements to ensure only a fixed, known group of people who can access the space.
