While a traditional brokerage process often ends once a lease is signed, we stay involved to help coordinate what comes next.

What move‑in support does Tandem provide?

We provide hands‑on support to help you get set up smoothly after signing — including internet, furniture, utilities, insurance, access control, cleaning, moving logistics, deposits, fees, and timelines.

If your space includes Tandem Concierge, you'll have a single point of contact to help coordinate setup, manage sequencing, and keep everything moving through occupancy.
