ABOUT Perched above the water on the west side of Manhattan, 60 Chelsea Piers is a unique, creative space that is removed from the noise of the city. This two-story industrial space is perfect for teams that are looking for a more unique office feel. Flooded with natural light and furnishings that will make any team feel at home, this option is great for teams who are looking for something more unique than the traditional "office".

NEIGHBORHOOD Chelsea Piers is a little known gem within Manhattan. A pleasant stroll from the nearest subway stop, this space is right on the water and walking distance from the Hudson River Park. The pier is also its own ecosystem, boasting an amazing sports club that can be accessed at a discount through the Host company (priced separately). Withing a few blocks, you'll have access to amazing retail stores, restaurants, and bodegas.

PRIVACY 60 Chelsea Piers has a variety of different packages with varying degrees of privacy. Most options include dedicated sections on the second floor. These are open-air wings that can be made more isolated through the addition of plants, flex walls, and other furnishings. Tandem can help recommend options for these. Additionally, there are plenty of conference rooms throughout the space for private meetings.

LEASE TERMS Host is asking for 3 month minimum with longer term lengths also available (12+ months). Every option is cheaper with a 12 month lease.

PRICING Pricing for groups of 15+ is $650 / desk. This includes access to shared conference rooms. For groups <15, please contact Host for pricing.

• $3,710 / month for a 3 month minimum
