Welcome to the Kuku Studios office in the heart of Berkeley! Our 12,000 sq ft space is located on the 5th floor of the historic Zaentz Media Center Building. Approximately half of the space is available for sublease and features beautiful views of the Berkeley Hills. We are flexible to subleasing the entire space or a portion of the space that fits your needs. In addition to the space, we provide high-speed internet access, conference room access, a full stocked kitchen with beverages, snacks and coffee.

Our office is deeply rooted in creativity - we even have an in-building movie theater and recording studio where Journey recorded their first studio album!

We have 3 conference rooms and an additional corner office that can be used by an individual or by a team of 4. The space can fit up to an additional ~20-30 people, on top of our 18 employees that are local and use the space weekly. Transport to the office is easy with a number of stops close by. The property also includes a gated parking, which is available at an additional cost.
