NEIGHBORHOOD The area around 150 Broadway in New York City's Financial District (FiDi) is a bustling hub of business and history, with excellent subway connectivity via the nearby Fulton Street station, serving multiple lines like the A, C, J, Z, 2, 3, 4, and 5. The neighborhood is filled with great lunch spots, including casual favorites like Dig and Chipotle, as well as upscale options such as The Capital Grille and Manhatta, which offers sweeping views of the city. FiDi blends the fast-paced energy of Wall Street with a growing residential and cultural scene, making it a vibrant part of downtown Manhattan.

MEETING ROOMS There is a dedicated glass conference room that can comfortably sit 8-10 people. There are two shareable conference rooms and two phone booths.

PRIVACY The space is naturally separated from the rest of the floor. It is outside of the elevator bay, so you will see the tenant's employees coming and going. The tenant's firm is typically on phone calls frequently and collaborates at their desks, so the space can get slightly louder during the peak hours of the day. However, your space will be mostly isolated from the group. There is a shared big kitchen in the back of the office that you're welcome to share with the current tenant.
