Suite 703 Suite 703 is currently designed as a single large office suite, but can be reconstructed to include 1-2 internal meeting rooms, or according on client preferences. Please see attached alternate floor plans for build out options. The 7th floor offers two additional conference rooms (a smaller side conference room and larger central one), as well as phone booths, a kitchenette, and men and women's restrooms. The suite's southern and eastern-facing windows allow for generous natural light throughout the day.

WorkHouse NYC A boutique office space located in a historic Midtown building, WorkHouse NYC offers 12 floors with abundant natural light and a stylish layout designed for productivity. Floating desk members have access to our two coworking floors (each with attached outdoor space), mail services and package handling, member discounts on conference rooms and event spaces, as well as use of the building's address as your own. Office suites may utilize WorkHouse NYC's onsite reception, tech support, mail services and package handling, nightly cleaning, as well as office telephones, filing cabinets and storage, and monthly credits to book one of the building's 18 different conference rooms. The 16th floor is home to our reception desk and offers free coffee, tea, water, snacks and rotating beers on tap. All members have access to the building's scenic rooftop and terraces, as well as our two dedicated coworking floors and event spaces where we host various community events and happy hours.
