PRIVACY A team could take over the full wing and have the space completely to themself or smaller teams could take private offices in the available wing.

MEETING ROOMS There are four available rooms and a small open area. Any of the rooms could be set up as meeting rooms.

FURNISHING The host has lightly furnished the space. Desk, chairs, and meeting room tables are provided, but bringing a few plants and decorations will make the space your own!

PRICE 1 private office for ~$4,300/month

Dedicated space in the larger rooms are $499/desk. The room comfortable seats 4.

TERM Standard terms are a 3 month minimum and month to month after that. If you would like different terms, let us know and we will consider it.
