Steps away from Borough Hall, this space offers easy access to multiple subway lines, including the 2, 3, 4, 5, R, and A/C trains, all within a short walk. The neighborhood boasts a variety of trendy cafes, casual eateries, and charming local shops, making it perfect for both work and play. PRIVACY A team could take over the full wing and have the space completely to themself or smaller teams could take private offices in the available wing.

MEETING ROOMS There are four available rooms and a small open area. Any of the rooms could be set up as meeting rooms.

FURNISHING The host has lightly furnished the space. Desk, chairs, and meeting room tables are provided, but bringing a few plants and decorations will make the space your own!

PRICE The 2 private offices are priced at $599/month for 1 person or $1,000 for 2 people.

Workstations in the larger rooms are $499/month. The room comfortable seats 4.

A fully dedicated conference room is $1,000/month; or this room could be converted into additional workstations at $499/month each.

The entire section of the office for ~$4,200

TERM Standard terms are a 3 month minimum and month to month after that. If you would like different terms, let us know and we will consider it.
