House of AI is a 6000 sqft co-working space in the heart of San Francisco’s AI center: Soma. (40 Boardman Pl.). We also have a 3000 sqft event space (which we call “the club”) and a 2000 sqft outdoor patio where our members can organize events, and hang out with other founders, investors, or friends.

We divided the space into work and play. Upstairs are electric standing desks and Herman Miller chairs, meeting rooms and phone booths to get work done. Plus plenty of comfortable sofas to work from.

Downstairs in our event space, kitchen, plenty of meeting nooks, and more phone booths, so you can always find a place to have a call or a quick session with others.

You get your dedicated desk (no desk sharing) and access to the entire space 24/7. We provide coffee (La Marzocco Linea and Grinder Setup - we love latte art!!!), Tea, Fruits, Nuts, Snacks, Milk, Oatmilk and always a filled beer fridge.

You can also always use any meeting room, use the community space for your events (or a movie night). We also have an outdoor BBQ, microwaves, industry-sized fridge and a freezer.

The event space also has a Sonos sound system, a QSC sound system with 2 wireless mics and a projector with a huge screen.

All meeting rooms have 50” TV screens.

But most important is the community. We help each other out. Introduce each other to investors or clients. We even do business with each other or go for a run after work.

Every Friday we also have lunch (usually BBQ) together. You can always join us for those!

NEIGHBORHOOD The neighborhood around 40 Boardman Place in San Francisco’s SoMa district is a lively hub known for its blend of tech startups, art spaces, and industrial-modern charm. SoMa exudes an innovative vibe, attracting creatives and professionals alike. Dining options nearby include Dinosaurs for Vietnamese sandwiches, Kiss My Seoul for Korean-American fusion, and other unique spots throughout the area.

Public transit is easily accessible, with Caltrain just 2 blocks away, and Muni bus lines and the Civic Center BART station also within walking distance. This area combines the energy of urban life with a vibrant cultural and culinary scene, making it a dynamic place to work and explore.

MEETING ROOMS There are 3 phone booths, 2 board rooms, 4 meeting boxes and soft seating areas available.

LEASE TERMS Month to month, large private unit has 3 months minimum.

PRICING Desks start at $850 / month. Entire Private suite starts at $6800 / month.
