PRIVACY There are two spaces available: a private room on the first floor that connects to a large conference room, or a private loft on the second floor. Both have doors that close, making this space very private and prefect for taking calls at your desk.
TERM The Host is ideally looking for a 12+ month commitment, but would be open to a month-to-month office share for a premium.
PRICING The Host is targeting the following: $5,200 for the downstairs room with the Gold Leaf Farming sign (could fit up to 6) $4,700 for the upstairs room (iPhone pics) (could fit up to 4)
