PRIVACY While the Host company will not be on this floor, the space is open to multiple Tandem groups. This is a very open concept floorplan, so you will be in close quarters with other teams. However, you will have plenty of meeting space to go to for private conversations.

LEASE TERMS 3 month minimum.

PRICING Desks start at $650 / month, with a minimum of 10 required upfront ($6,500).
