We are an early stage AI startup with lots of unused office space. The building is located off Market St & Powell St, right in front of the picturesque and quintessentially SF cable cars. The street atmosphere is great for customers and candidates visiting the office, live jazz floats up from the street, and the area is flush with diverse lunch takeout spots.

We have several open rooms:

• 1 small room (fits up to 4 workstations)
• 2 large rooms (fit up to 7-8 workstations)
• 1 small open area (could use as lounge or working area)

There is a whole "wing" of the floor that a 10-15 person team could occupy, but you can take individual rooms as well.

Any rooms will come furnished with desks and chairs (we have more for no extra cost). We also have whiteboards and TVs you can use.

The space also has a kitchen, fridge, sink, well-stocked pantry, and 2 spacious bathrooms. We'd love one company to take all the space, but open to companies that want just one room as well!
