Semi-private office space in a creative Hayes Valley office

Whether you need a desk for the day, or a space to meet and brainstorm, you've got a home at 1939 Market! We have two full office suites equipped with strong WiFi, Zoom Rooms, white boards, plenty of desks and collaboration stations, a kitchen, and did we mention free parking? Located right at the cross-section of The Mission, Castro and Hayes Valley. We have 3-4 extra desks available for you to move into the open space, but if you're looking for traditional standing desks or want more people to fit in the space you will have to secure those desks yourself. (We recommend FB marketplace!)

We would strongly preference teams that only need the space 2-3 days per week so we can split the space on opposite days.

NEIGHBORHOOD Hayes Valley in San Francisco is a trendy and walkable neighborhood known for its central location and easy access to public transportation, with the Civic Center BART station just a short stroll away. The area is a foodie’s paradise, offering a diverse selection of restaurants such as the modern Italian favorite A Mano, the chic French bistro Petit Crenn, and the popular ice cream spot Smitten Ice Cream. PRIVACY There are two separate suites in the office where desks are. You will be semi-isolated from the Host in your working area, but you will be sitting in the suite with the conference rooms, which means the Host will walk through your space to get to the meeting area when needed. They only use the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays - on Wednesdays and Fridays you will have the space to yourself.

MEETING ROOMS The following are shared: 2 meeting rooms, 2 phone booths. On Wednesdays and Fridays the Host is not in the space, so you can have dedicated access to all meeting areas.

LEASE TERMS The Host is requesting a 3 month minimum.
