Chic Office Space in NoMad

The office features loft-size windows looking onto Broadway and the Empire State Building, a custom desks and furnishings, A/C, as well as access to a conference room, coat and utility closets, and kitchenette. This space is divided into two loft-style offices with 3 available seats in each. There is dimmable track lighting and 10 feet’+ ceilings. Men’s and women’s bathrooms are located on the floor. The office is on the 5th floor of an elevator building. Bi-weekly cleaning is also included.

MEETING ROOMS There is one shared meeting room in the space. You would have access to it on a first come, first serve basis or could reserve it ahead of time for meetings.

LEASE TERMS Host is asking for 3 month minimum with longer term lengths also available

PRICING The all-inclusive price is $528/desk. Slight premiums may be applied to solo operators.
