Our studio features 6 available work desks, perfect for designers, architects, or freelancers looking to share an inspiring environment. Each desk offers ample workspace (63” L x 31” W).

The building is equipped with main and freight elevators, secure mailroom, dedicated bathrooms on each floor, and two secure fire stairs. Enjoy the convenience of in-office amenities, including a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a well-stocked material library and model-making space.

Our workspace is designed for comfort and productivity, with operable windows, air conditioning for the summer, bookshelves, a large meeting table, a large screen display, coat racks, and ample pinup space. The desks are ready for plug-and-play with a dedicated Bisley file cabinet for each desk, recessed cable management, and adjacent dedicated library shelves.
