NEIGHBORHOOD The area around 65 Greene Street in SoHo, New York, is a quintessential part of this trendy neighborhood, known for its cobblestone streets and historic cast-iron buildings. The location offers excellent commutability, with the Canal Street and Spring Street subway stations just a short walk away, providing access to multiple lines. PRIVACY The Host actively uses this space a few days per week and has two conference rooms available to be shared. This is one large open space with conference rooms on the end, which makes the space feel very open. The Host would be open to you moving furniture around to create more separation.

MEETING ROOMS There are two glass meeting rooms in the space that are shared on a first-come, first-serve basis.

LEASE TERMS 12 month minimum, with longer term lengths also available.

PRICING The space will range from $14,000-$17,000/month, depending on term length.
