MEETING ROOMS The following are available to share on a first-come, first-serve basis for Tandem teams: - 1 medium meeting room (4-8 people) - 2 small meeting rooms (2-3 people) There is also a downstairs area with a kitchen and an open-area meeting space for workshops / all-hands.

PRIVACY This space is in an open floor layout with minimal privacy available. The Host is willing to dedicate a private meeting room for your team at an additional costs, but desks will all sit in the same space. The Host is flexible if you'd like to bring plants or other dividers to help make the space feel more private.

LEASE TERMS Host is asking for 3 month minimum with longer term lengths also available.

PRICING Starting at $500 / person / month Host is open to discounts for PropTech & FinTech teams
