Open Workstations: Circular tables in the open area serve as workstations, ideal for individuals or small teams who enjoy a collaborative environment. These include dedicated storage space for personal belongings. Priced at $500/month per person.

Editing Bays / Team Rooms: Internal private rooms that can be converted into team spaces. These spaces are currently dimmer to avoid shadows on the monitors, but additional lighting can be arranged as needed. Pricing is available upon request.

PRIVACY The Host of 166 Crosby has a large private office (1-6 people) available. All common amenities like kitchen, soft seating, and bathrooms are shared with the Host.

LEASE TERMS Host is asking for a 3 month minimum. Longer term lengths are also available.
