MEETING ROOMS The space has 4 conference rooms and 3 phone booths.

PRIVACY This space has an open floor plan that is typically less than half occupied. The host is in the space on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and there are two other Tandem teams in the space the rest of the week.

LEASE TERMS The host is asking for 3 month minimum, with longer term lengths also available.
