The neighborhood is highly commutable, with the 23rd Street subway station nearby, offering access to the N, R, W, and 6 trains. MEETING ROOMS This space is available for an office share with 1-2 private conference rooms / offices, or a full sublet with 5 rooms / offices.

PRIVACY This space is currently shared by two tenants in the creative space. One is leaving, which means you'll either 1) share with another group that has their own work space in offices / desk bays, or 2) you can take the entire space for a fully private experience. The existing group is very quiet and only comes in 2-3 days / week, so it will feel like your own space. Plus, the layout lends itself to natural separation easily.

LEASE TERMS Host is asking for 6-12+ month commitment.

PRICING For teams 6+, the host would be open to renting desks for as little as $699/mo per person. However, to have one of the glass offices be dedicated to your team, the Host requires your group pays for 8 desks (~$5,590 / month total).

Half of the space: This would include 10-15 desks for ~$8,800.
