ABOUT 550 Montgomery is the perfect plug-and-play space for your team to collaborate. On the edge of the FiDi and Jackson Square, this space comes fully furnished with beautiful desks, soft seating areas, phone booths, and conference rooms. Large windows on multiple sides of the office flood the space with natural light and give the space a bright, open feeling.
NIEGHBORHOOD Jackson Square in San Francisco is a historic and upscale neighborhood known for its beautifully preserved 19th-century architecture and charming, cobblestone streets. This area blends old-world elegance with modern sophistication, housing art galleries, boutique shops, and high-end dining establishments. With its proximity to the Financial District and North Beach, Jackson Square offers a unique blend of history, culture, and refined urban living. 550 Montgomery in particular is close enough to FiDi to be convenient for BART access and close enough to Chinatown / Jackson Square to have unique restaurant offerings.
MEETING ROOMS The space has 5 conference rooms and 5 phone booths. Access depends on package (see below).
PRIVACY The space is currently being used by the Host in its entirety on Thursdays, with some of the team (<15 people) in on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. The desks are all in one large bullpen area, which means there is no wall separating the space when there are multiple groups in. However, the Host is open to limiting their office presence for your team's privacy (see below).
TERM LENGTH 3 month minimum with longer term lengths available.
PRICING There are three options available.
Package A: Up to 14 desks + 2 dedicated conference rooms + 2 dedicated phone booths. No access on Thursdays. Starting at $13,000 / month
Package B: Whole office on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday Starting at $16,500 / month
Package C: Complete sublease Starting at $23,500 / month
