MEETING ROOMS There are 10+ meeting rooms that can each fit 6+ people, including two board rooms. The space also has 3 phone booths available.

PRIVACY This space offers a semi-private, dedicated wing. The Host is open to you moving furniture and adding your own signage to make the space feel more like your own. Within your own wing, you would have access to 10+ large meeting rooms and collaboration spaces. The kitchen, bathrooms, and client-friendly lobby are all shared amenities.

LEASE TERMS This space is available MTM until July 15, 2025. This Host is also open to events or case-by-case uses (e.g., board meetings, earnings calls, offsites).

PRICING The Host is asking for a minimum of $1,000/desk per month. Meeting rooms can be dedicated. See floor plan for packaging options.
