Modern Office Space Near Empire State Building

Welcome to 290 5th Ave! This is a beautiful plug-and-play space for you to use with views of Manhattan's most famous street. The space includes hardwood floors, modern desks with monitors, and a number of soft seating areas for your team to casually catch up in. The Host uses the space sparingly, but there will be people in from time to time.

NEIGHBORHOOD Koreatown in New York is a vibrant and bustling neighborhood centered around West 32nd Street in Midtown Manhattan. Known for its lively atmosphere, this area is packed with Korean BBQ restaurants, karaoke bars, and specialty shops, offering an immersive cultural experience. With its central location near the Empire State Building and Penn Station, Koreatown is a lively hub that blends traditional Korean culture with the energy of New York City.

PRIVACY The Host uses <4 desks in the space on an inconsistent basis, but never more than two or so days a week. They are offering the space to other Tandem teams on a flexible basis, so there may be other teams that join the desk bays around you. The layout of the office is very open, but you may space out desks and add dividers to create more privacy for your team's section.

LEASE TERMS 3 months minimum with longer terms also available.
